The main goal of our move coordination services is to provide a constant level of comfort to keep the edge off of the stress associated with the move process.

From the kick-off meeting to the collection of the used move boxes, our experienced coordinators:

• meet with your staff coordinators and preview the process
• generate a schedule to address your particular situation
• have preview meetings with your staff and introduce the move contractor
• provide easy-to-follow checklists to simplify coordination and preparation
• supervise on move day and trouble shoot any unanticipated situations
• follow up with punch list items
