We provide
furnishings selections based on the need of the client agency
and the best valued products available. We are not affiliated
with any one product vendor, but have access to the entire
market of products and services through our FSS schedule
contract. Subcontracting opportunities allow us to prepare
the best combination of services and products to meet the
client’s specific needs.
We have
worked with the FSS scheduled vendors for over 20 years
and have been part of growth in quality services and products
now available. We have been strategizing purchases, selecting
product, securing sources, monitoring the orders and supervising
the installation during those 20 plus years. We use CAP®/Giza®
to prepare our specifications and Bill of Materials, providing
industry standard purchase documents to our clients. To
complete the order, they simply add their purchase order
as the cover page.
Since
we use computer generated ordering systems, the installation
drawings we provide are also of industry standard, completed
in AutoDesk’s® AutoCAD®. Our clients can be
assured that their orders will be scrutinized by our quality
control check to ensure the product ordered is the right
stuff. The designers putting the orders together are experts
in the field and will ensure each order is checked by a
quality assurance person before the order is released.
