Over the past 14 years, we have continuously held a term contract with the Federal Government. We have 8 years of continuous service with local governments. Our planners have completed over 650 task orders under 11 different Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts. Many repeat clients access our services under these contracts.

The contracts require us to provide programming, space planning, furniture selection, and design intent/construction drawings. Some clients have projects that average 2 to 5 workstations while others require services for 500 or more employees. Our project managers have the skills to organize, manage and complete a project of any scale or complexity.
