Peck, Peck & Associates Interior Design Group, Inc. (PPA/IDG) was founded in 1988 to specifically serve local, regional and Federal Government clients. This group of talented interior designers and planning specialists has since programmed, designed and installed over 150 million square feet of Government workspace nationwide.

Providing services with the same management staff and high level of quality, we have established many long-term working relationships, with repeat clients, over our 14 year existence. Our mission is to provide the most appropriate services and design solutions to our clients that will be the best value over time.

We currently have two GSA contracts for the convenience of our Federal clients. The first is issued from the National Furniture Center. The compete schedule and contract number is:

1. Federal Supply Service FSC Group 71, Part II, Section K, Comprehensive Furniture Management Services Contract Number GS-29F-0005L. Issued in December of 2000 and open through December of 2005. Visit us at the GSA Advantage site for information about us and the GSA e-buy options.

We currently have Special Item Numbers (SIN) 712-1 Project Management, 712-3 Reconfiguration/Relocation Management and 712-4 Furniture Design/Layout. Asset Management and Packaged Environments SIN’s are pending approval.

2. The second is a Public Building Service Comprehensive Workplace Solutions and Services, Contract Number GS-11P-02-ZGD-0146. This contract provides a wide range of Federal facility support that includes real estate services, project planning and contract documents. Issued in April of 2002 and open through April of 2007.

Both contracts may be used for work throughout the United States. The NFC contract can be used worldwide. Contracting Officers may contract with us directly under the NFC contract while we recommend agencies go through a PBS contract specialist to reach us under the PBS contract. We can provide GSA point of contact information at your request.

We can assist with Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and recommend procurement strategies to solicit quotes from qualified vendors that meet your project’s specific needs and will comply with your agency’s “best value” selection process.
